ISI works to ensure that jobs are compliant with relevant regulations and standards impacting installations including National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Jail Standards (Texas Commission on Jail Standards, or TCJS), American Corrections Association (ACA) and Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) regulations. ISI Security provides turnkey, firm and fixed prices for projects. If required, ISI Security provides 100% performance and payment bonds to furnish and install all physical and electronic security products as required.
Over many years, ISI has acquired the necessary skills to execute the installation of large, complex projects encompassing hundreds of devices, scores of systems, and the interface between those systems. The ability to schedule trades, subcontractors, and interact with other providers is a “must have” skill. Our project managers have the proven results that show that we can keep up with project deadlines. Please read the testimonials from our general contractor clients to read it in their own words.
The interaction onsite, with a proven onsite leader, brings the design of the job to delivery. The onsite supervisor will work closely with you on a daily basis to understand the overall project schedule and when our technicians should be in place. The attention to detail and clear communications are a clear aptitude of ISI site supervisors.
Experienced and highly skilled technicians install ISI manufactured products including detention grade furniture and equipment. ISI is also an authorized distributor of electronic security and fire systems including Edwards EST Fire Alarm Controls. Factory training, years of field based experience, proven troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to deliver the best to our clients makes the difference in the final delivery of an ISI physical and/or electronic security project.
