MCS will be offering a technical services program (CST – Correctional Systems Technician) specific to the correctional industry and the MCS product line. The CST program will be available for maintenance personnel, Correctional Officers, Administrators and Information Technicians within the Correctional industry. Quarterly classes will cover all of the CCTV manufactures, ManDown products, Audio Systems (Analog and Digital), PLC’s, Door Controls, Computer Management and Network courses specific to the Correctional Industry. People attending these courses will gain a strong knowledge of how to maintain a new or existing system and the tools required for preventive maintenance of these facilities. Courses will be set for industry participants ranging from multi-level skill sets of a new Correctional Officer or Maintenance Provider, to an experienced Administrator needing a refresher course on changing technologies. Certification and level merits will be provided in order to bench mark individual progress within the industry.

MCS has stepped up services for customers and is pleased to now offer Service Contracts for the entire integration package, including: Detention, Security Electronics, System Integration, Fire, Access Control, CCTV/DVR.
