Argyle Security USA – Leading Security Solutions for Dynamic Markets

Argyle Security USA was developed in 2008 to broaden its foot print and accelerate growth in the security market across the USA. The new organization, Argyle Security USA, was developed by its parent company, Argyle Security Inc., so that the organization would have an even stronger position to grow organically and to execute its acquisition strategy. Argyle Security USA encompasses divisions in both the corrections and commercial sectors. The leadership sectors, which are Argyle Corrections and Argyle Commercial, bring their industry experience into the corrections and commercial markets in order to provide expert industry assistance to the Argyle Security USA operating units.

Argyle Security USA has two reporting sectors – Argyle Corrections and Argyle Commercial:

• Argyle Corrections division consists of all the company's businesses in the corrections sector including ISI, MCS, PDI, and Com-Tec Security
• The Argyle Commercial division handles security in the commercial sector is made up of MCS Commercial Fire and Security Company.

Argyle Security USA encompasses a broad range of public and private sector customers who benefit from the company's market leadership in key vertical markets and channel segments which include Corrections, Access Control, Perimeter Protection, Intrusion Protection and Fire Detection as well as electronic security systems. It serves as a single source for a wide range of security solutions, utilizing both proprietary and third-party products.

Argyle and its operating units have strong brand equity and a solid reputation with a long-established customer base. More than 60% of revenues come from repeat customers, including general contractors, owners, and architects with a long history in the corrections market. The company has a proven ability to capitalize on technological change and provide on-time project execution with a consistent record of seamless security solution performance. The experienced management team has a track record of successfully managing customer service along with organic and acquisition growth.

Argyle Security USA is headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, with offices in Austin, Dallas, and Houston, Texas, along with office locations across the US located in Denver, CO, Noblesville, IN, Orange, CA, Tucson, AZ, and Appleton, WI.
